Mr. Robert is an environmental manager with over 27 years of operating experience in the mining and smelting industry. Mr. Robert has been involved in environmental management and permitting process for mining operations in Canada. In his current role, Stéphane provides expertise and leadership to the Agnico Eagle operations in the areas of permitting, environmental assessment, Climate Change and tailings management. Stephane also represents Agnico Eagle on various national and international committees, including the Mining Association of Canada Tailings Working Group, the Climate Change Working Group, and the Science and Environment committee.
