Refund Policy

After making a purchase, prospective students will have one week from the purchase date to obtain a full refund. Prospective students should understand that after the one week deadline has passed, they will NOT be able to obtain any type of refund (full or partial). *some terms and conditions may change without notice.

If you are eligible to request a refund please contact mimp.civmin@utoronto.ca. We will need your Shopify #, name of the registrant (and payee, if different).
