Graduate Degree Programs

The University of Toronto offers a wide range of graduate degree programs that may be of interest to professionals in the mining field. Courses taken as part of the Mining Industry Management Program may be eligible to be credited towards a graduate degree program. *

The Department of Civil & Mineral Engineering offers a Master of Engineering degree with an emphasis in Geomechanics, which may be of interest. For more details, please see the departmental website:

Non-degree student pathway

If you are not currently interested in applying for a graduate degree program at the University of Toronto, but are interested in taking a MIMP course for future credit towards a graduate program here or at a different university, you can apply to take an MIMP course as a non-degree student in the Department of Civil & Mineral Engineering. Price per course is approximately $2500.
