Petya Rasheva is a global Contracts & Procurement Executive and Stanford LEAD alum with a track record of delivering multi-billion dollar mining and oil & gas projects across 10 countries on 4 continents. A cultural diversity expert and seasoned leader, she has managed large, cross-functional teams in volatile and high-risk environments.

Now based in Bulgaria, Petya leads a portfolio career as founder of an international contracts consultancy, TEDx coach and curator, podcast host (The Path to Power), and co-author of the upcoming IMPACT book. She also serves on the board of the Stanford Club of Bulgaria and is a consultant for the Stanford Seed Transformation Program in Africa.

A recognized thought leader, Petya has received multiple Stanford awards for leadership, storytelling, and values-based impact. She speaks six languages and is passionate about ESG, cross-cultural collaboration, and amplifying global value through inclusive leadership.
