Ms. Julie Rachynski is Vice President, Human Resources, for Seabridge Gold.  She brings more than 25 years of strategic human resources leadership experience in manufacturing and resource sectors.  Prior to Seabridge, Julie held operations and corporate leadership roles with Weyerhaeuser Canada, Domtar, and New Gold.

Julie is a collaborative, down to earth leader with success working in businesses that have experienced significant change.  She is business minded and has a track record of identifying and successfully implementing people strategies that impact performance and drive cultural change. 

Julie is an active member of the Global Mining HR forum and a mentor with International Women in Resources Mentorship Program.  She continues to lead and engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through her leadership roles and industry committees such as the Mining Association of Canada’s Inclusion and Diversity Standing Committee.  Julie is committed to deepening DEI knowledge within DEI and believes the greatest workplace cultures create space for all individuals to be their best.
