About Instructor
Brian has worked more than 30 years in the mining industry. He has lead technical and execution teams in scope definition, cost estimation, project planning, scheduling, and project execution. He has managed a portfolio of major underground and surface projects through all phases of evaluation and study to execution, construction, and handover.
Buss specializes in new and early project evaluation and assessment, cut-off grade assessments, and identifying mine production/productivity requirements to achieve positive cash flow from mining operations.
